I hate you so much right now

I never used to bother weighing myself as I found it far too depressing but once I started my weightloss journey I realised that I needed to keep a check on my progress, and let me know when things we’re skipping back again. But in recent weeks my scales have really started to get on my nerves, I have been weighing myself every morning and they kind of set the tone for the day, but I don’t seem to be making any progress, they keep going up and down from day to day, but from week to week they have pretty much stayed the same.

Another depressing realization for me yesterday was when I went to put on a pair of jeans (size 16) that this time last year were falling off me and I couldn’t even do them up.

Maybe this week will be a better week hey? I’m gonna try not to weigh myself at all and see if that makes any difference.

Weighing yourself everyday won’t do you any good. If you must, then once a week is better. You’ll become obsessed doing it everyday

Do not weigh yourself everyday as it WILL be different everyday, taking in to account water retention etc, women especially fluctuate when it comes to weight. Weigh yourself once a week and at the same time, preferably nude too.

always only once a week at the same time if possible … same conditions (ie naked)…. weighing every day just depresses you as your weight will fluctuate!
