Mums on the Run Sessions



Are you a new mum with a little one still in a pushchair?

Or even a mum with a few hours to spare while the kids are at nursery?

Fancy getting fit, having a laugh and meeting new people?

Need an excuse to get out of your house?

Want to lose weight?

Or tone up?

How about training for a 5K?

Then Julie’s (or Fatty’s) Mums on the Run sessions are just for you


Come and join us at the following locations for 90 minutes of fat burning running related training

  1. Tue 10am – Valentines Park, Ilford (meet by Cafe near childrens playground)
  2. Tue 1pm – Fairlop Waters, Barkingside (meet by Fairlop Waters clubhouse)
  3. Wed 10am – Abbey Lane Park, Stratford (meet near Abbey Lane Childrens Centre)
  4. Wed 1pm – Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford (meet outside Unity Cafe, near the Velodrome)

Julie is a qualified and insured UKA Leader in Running Fitness, all of her sessions are fully risk assessed and she is a qualified first aider too!!

Further information

  • Sessions cost £5 or £40 for a course of 10
  • Sessions take place in all weathers, so bring your rain cover and dress appropriately
  • Sessions do not require a specialist pushchair
  • Sessions will work at your level
