Mums on the Run Sessions
Are you a new mum with a little one still in a pushchair?
Or even a mum with a few hours to spare while the kids are at nursery?
Fancy getting fit, having a laugh and meeting new people?
Need an excuse to get out of your house?
Want to lose weight?
Or tone up?
How about training for a 5K?
Then Julie’s (or Fatty’s) Mums on the Run sessions are just for you
Come and join us at the following locations for 90 minutes of fat burning running related training
- Tue 10am – Valentines Park, Ilford (meet by Cafe near childrens playground)
- Tue 1pm – Fairlop Waters, Barkingside (meet by Fairlop Waters clubhouse)
- Wed 10am – Abbey Lane Park, Stratford (meet near Abbey Lane Childrens Centre)
- Wed 1pm – Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford (meet outside Unity Cafe, near the Velodrome)
Julie is a qualified and insured UKA Leader in Running Fitness, all of her sessions are fully risk assessed and she is a qualified first aider too!!
Further information
- Sessions cost £5 or £40 for a course of 10
- Sessions take place in all weathers, so bring your rain cover and dress appropriately
- Sessions do not require a specialist pushchair
- Sessions will work at your level
